Do I have to buy tickets online?
No, you can still purchase tickets in person at our box office. The box office opens 30 minutes prior to the start time of each show. You’re also able to purchase advance tickets for future dates at the box office, if you choose. We’re able to take both cash and debit or credit at the box office.
How does your reserved seating work?
When you purchase tickets, our ticketing system will immediately block off the three seats surrounding each party to ensure proper social distancing is maintained. We ask that all audience members sit in their assigned seats in the interest of everyone’s safety and comfort. If you wish to move, please come to the box office and we’ll re-seat you.
I want to sit with my friend but we didn’t buy our tickets together. What do I do?
If you’re attending a screening with others, all tickets must be purchased in the same transaction. If your group has purchased seats separately and now wishes to sit together, please bring your tickets to the box office and we’ll do our best to re-seat you together. However, we cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to keep the same seats, or that we’ll be able to accommodate the change.
How do I purchase tickets for multiple members in one transaction online?
Unfortunately, you’re not currently able to purchase more than one member ticket in a single transaction online unless you have a dual membership. We suggest coming directly to the box office to buy your tickets.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
All sales of memberships and tickets are final. If you have a question about your membership or upcoming screening/event, please contact us at [email protected].
I had a Fox membership that was still valid during the shut down. Is it still valid?
We did extend the expiration dates of any memberships that were still valid during the time we were shut down. You should have received an email from us in August with your new membership number. If you did not receive that email, please contact us at [email protected]. You can also check your expiration date directly at the box office the next time you’re at the Fox.
I bought a gift card while you were shut down. How do I pick it up?
You can pick up your gift cards at the box office any time the theatre is open. They can be used both in person at the box office or to make an online purchase.
How do I use my gift card online?
At the payment screen, enter the entire number on the back of the gift card. For the pin number, use the last 4 digits of the card number.
I have a Groupon that expired while you were closed. Can I still use it?
We’re honouring all Groupons that expired during our shut down. Groupon tickets can only be redeemed at the box office.
Is your theatre accessible?
We have a ramp that we can deploy over the three steps leading from the front doors into the lobby. The theatre is accessible from there and we have several spots where we’re able to accommodate a wheelchair. Unfortunately, our washrooms are each down a set of two narrow steps so are inaccessible to wheelchairs.
I still have questions!
Please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you out!
