FOX FAQs
Do I have to show proof of vaccination and wear a mask to see a movie at the Fox?
No, we no longer require audience members to wear a mask or provide proof of vaccination to attend films at the Fox.
Masks continue to be strongly recommended, especially when physical distancing is not possible.
Do I have to buy tickets online?
No, you can still purchase tickets in person at our box office. The box office opens 30 minutes prior to the start time of each show. You’re also able to purchase advance tickets for future dates at the box office, if you choose. We’re able to take both cash and debit or credit at the box office.
How do I login to my account or access my membership card?
Sign in using email/password or member number/password (not customer number, member number). If you have never signed in before, please click the box that says “Don’t have an account yet?” and create an account.
On the account details screen, select “My Benefits” to add the member QR code to your digital wallet. Alternatively, select “View Your Orders” and choose the order date matching the date you purchased your membership. You can print or save the QR code from there.
Will you continue with socially distanced seating?
The Fox has returned to General Admission seating. We are currently operating at full capacity, but feel comfortable that the additional safety measures we’ve taken will mitigate any potential COVID-19 risk.
How do I purchase tickets for multiple members in one transaction online?
Unfortunately, you’re not currently able to purchase more than one member ticket in a single transaction online unless you have a dual membership. You need to log in to each membership separately and purchase a ticket.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
All sales of memberships and tickets are final. If you have a question about your membership or upcoming screening/event, please contact us at [email protected].
I had a Fox membership that was still valid during the shut down. Is it still valid?
We did extend the expiration dates of any memberships that were still valid during the time we were shut down. You should have received an email from us in August 2021 with your new membership number. If you did not receive that email, please contact us at [email protected]. You can also check your expiration date directly at the box office the next time you’re at the Fox.
I bought a gift card while you were shut down. How do I pick it up?
You can pick up your gift cards at the box office any time the theatre is open. They can be used both in person at the box office or to make an online purchase.
How do I use my gift card online?
At the payment screen, enter the entire number on the back of the gift card. For the pin number, use the last 4 digits of the card number.
I have a Groupon that expired while you were closed. Can I still use it?
We’re honouring all Groupons that expired during our shut down. Groupon tickets can only be redeemed at the box office.
Is your theatre accessible?
We have a ramp that we can deploy over the three steps leading from the front doors into the lobby. The theatre is accessible from there and we have several spots where we’re able to accommodate a wheelchair. Unfortunately, our washrooms are each down a set of two narrow steps so are inaccessible to wheelchairs.
I have an Access 2 Card, do I have to pay for my PSW?
We don’t officially accept the Access2Card program yet, but are working on setting it up. Please send us a message at [email protected] to ensure an additional ticket can be added to your transaction at no charge.
I still have questions!
Please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you out!
