Do I have to buy tickets online?
No, you can still purchase tickets in person at our box office. The box office opens 30 minutes prior to the start time of each show. You’re also able to purchase advance tickets for future dates at the box office, if you choose. We’re able to take both cash and debit or credit at the box office.
How do I log in to my account?
Choose a show and hit the “Buy Tickets” button. The seating map will pop up and in the top left corner, there will be a prompt for you to log in.
How do I choose seats online?
The available seats are indicated by the white spaces in the rows. The grey seats marked with a person are unavailable.
Will you continue with socially distanced seating?
Capacity and distancing restrictions on movie theatres were lifted as of October 9th. For the remainder of October, there will still be a one seat buffer between each group.
If you purchased tickets to a show prior to October 9th, the three seat buffer surrounding your seats will still exist.
As of November 1st, the Fox will be returning to General Admission seating and will only sell 70% of the available seats for each show in order to allow audience members to space themselves out.
I want to sit with my friend but we didn’t buy our tickets together. What do I do?
For the remainder of October, there will be a one seat buffer between each group. You and your party can either purchase seats one seat apart and sit together or you can come to the box office when you arrive at the theatre and we can re-seat you together if space allows.
If you purchased tickets to a show prior to October 9th, the three seat buffer surrounding your seats will still exist but your companion is welcome to sit with you regardless of where in the house they purchase their ticket.
As of November 1st, the Fox will be returning to General Admission seating so you will be able to purchase tickets separately and choose your seats when you arrive in the auditorium.
How do I purchase tickets for multiple members in one transaction online?
Unfortunately, you’re not currently able to purchase more than one member ticket in a single transaction online unless you have a dual membership. You need to log in to each membership separately and purchase seats next to one another.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
All sales of memberships and tickets are final. If you have a question about your membership or upcoming screening/event, please contact us at [email protected].
I had a Fox membership that was still valid during the shut down. Is it still valid?
We did extend the expiration dates of any memberships that were still valid during the time we were shut down. You should have received an email from us in August with your new membership number. If you did not receive that email, please contact us at [email protected]. You can also check your expiration date directly at the box office the next time you’re at the Fox.
I bought a gift card while you were shut down. How do I pick it up?
You can pick up your gift cards at the box office any time the theatre is open. They can be used both in person at the box office or to make an online purchase.
How do I use my gift card online?
At the payment screen, enter the entire number on the back of the gift card. For the pin number, use the last 4 digits of the card number.
I have a Groupon that expired while you were closed. Can I still use it?
We’re honouring all Groupons that expired during our shut down. Groupon tickets can only be redeemed at the box office.
Is your theatre accessible?
We have a ramp that we can deploy over the three steps leading from the front doors into the lobby. The theatre is accessible from there and we have several spots where we’re able to accommodate a wheelchair. Unfortunately, our washrooms are each down a set of two narrow steps so are inaccessible to wheelchairs.
I still have questions!
Please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you out!
