Something bad happened to Agnes, but life goes on for everyone else around her.
In her debut feature, writer-director Eva Victor skillfully explores Agnes’ journey as a graduate student turned professor. She shows Agnes’ experience both before and after her trauma with sensitivity and emotional depth. The film, “Sorry, Baby”, combines Agnesโ sharp wit with scenes of isolation and confusion. It uses a nonlinear structure and a time span of five years to highlight the ups and downs of Agnesโ healing process.
